Safety Rules
1. Please read the user instruction carefully before using the tools.
2.Always wear safety glasses and hearing protection in work place.
3. Never point the discharges side of tool at anyone.
4. Never use oxygen, carbon dioxide or other inflammable gases as a power source.
5. Please choose right fastener for the tools.
6. Do not pull the trigger when loading the tool.
7. Disconnect the air and remove the fastener from magazine when stop using or servicing the tool.
8. Nailer needs to be placed where children can't get it
9. Maximum use pressure 8kgf/cm2
Requirements of air power
1.Only use dry and clean compressed air by using fitter.
2. No air leakage in air hose and connectores.
3. Tools shall not be connected to air pressure which exceeds 200psi.
Operation Instructions
I. Tool loading
1.Disconnect the from air supply.
2. Use the right fasteners for the tools.
3.Open the door and place the fastener inside the magazine.
4. Swing the door and magazine cover closed.
ll. Nailing Operation
1. Connect air source.
2.Do not pull trigger unless the discharge side for tool is seated againse the work surface.
3.Do not fire withour fasteners(When the magazine withour fasteners), or it will damage the piston.
4. Do not drive fasteners to the sky, it may cause injury.
Ⅲl. Maintenance
1.Add to 2 drops of lube oil to air connector before use. Proper lubrication can increase the lifetime of your tool. 2.Keep the magazine and muzzle clean, no any debris or glue.
3.Do not disassemble the tools by yourself.
4. Deilver or ship the product where you bought for the servicing.
5. If not using the nailer for a long time rubbing oil to the metal parts of the nailer body to prevent rust.
